You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and execute different Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to help develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on business teams.Key job responsibilities
- Provide support for data collection and annotation project execution
- Identify operational inefficiencies can be removed and existing procedures/SOPs to be enhanced via process creation or improvement
- Contributing to process improvements to reduce handling time and improve outputIn addition, the Data Associate will need to quickly understand changes to conventions deployed in response to customers’ requests and change workflows accordingly. The Associate should be able to contribute to improvements in the software tools by identifying bugs and suggesting enhancements. The Data Associate must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy as well as show proactive behavior in addressing issues and problems.Gdansk, POL

- Experience with Data Delivery lifecycle pipeline
- Software development project coordination
- One or more years’ performing tasks according to SOPs
- Excellent proficiency in US English, both verbal and written skills
- Previous annotation experience

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs
