You will focus on 2 main fields of interest:

• Develop and optimize Tilburg’s Remanufacturing operations
• Develop and optimize Tilburg’s Material flow operations

Expand first principal thinking by:

• Creating Problem analysis for existing material flow operations
• Create Line capacity models for Reman production control
• Design material flow within the warehouse management system
• Create Plan for every part (PFEP) for optimizing material flow
• Translating and locally implementing Lessons Learned from global Tesla sites

Develop strong collaboration, communication skills by:

• Implementing material flow optimizations
• Implementing Remanufacturing line design optimizations

• Educational Background in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Good understanding of BOMs, manufacturability, process design, process validation, design of experiments, assembly methods, design reviews, and cost reduction methodologies
• Knowledge of CAD software are a plus (AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of time studies, FMEA and 5S
• Familiar on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles are a strong plus
• Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
