Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- HR System Data Management : Responsible for accurately and promptly updating employee data in the HR System to support various HR Services.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to resolve queries and address concerns related to compensation administration and processes.
- Data Provision for Business Controls : Supply required data to internal business controls teams as necessary
- Compliance Adherence : Ensure strict adherence to client-established standards and guidelines.
- Policy and Compliance Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of both internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and HR-related compliance. Proficiently respond to employee inquiries in accordance with these standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and Japanese languages
- Amenable to work on a dayshift and in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub)
- Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages
- Amenable to work in a 100% Return to Office Set up
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- JLPT Certification is a plus
