Responsibilities:
- Overview the GE HealthCare customers and channel partners’ financing needs and lead the development of financing solutions and commercial execution, drive synchronized market penetration, develop C-suite relationships and product adoption, while maximizing total account profitability.
- Responsible for the development of innovative structured financing solutions and programs (both on-book and off-book) to serve GEHC customers and channel partners. Candidate needs to work closely with capital market partners.
- Lead HFS commercial excellence efforts to drive commercial intensity, lean process and business outcome. Partner with GEHC business commercial and functional team to deliver one-solution to GEHC customers.
- Unitize insights from global enterprise accounts to develop flexible financing solutions and programs tailored to local market environment. Require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
- Ensure integrity and compliance in sales process, Develop and maintain relationships with diverse capital markets partners in China. Lead HFS product development and structure individual financing transactions to support GE HealthCare sales and business growth.
- Uses a high level of judgment to handle complex tasks or problems within projects, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of setting parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Work closely with HFS functional teams and drive projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others' options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Required Qualifications:
- This role requires significant experience in financial service, risk and leasing & lending.
- More than 8 years working experience in financial service (banking, leasing etc.) industry, specifically commercial lending.
- Experience in captive finance company is preferred. Knowledge and experience of developing financing programs is relevant.
- Commercial leadership experience is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- GE HealthCare leadership program (e.g. CLP/FMP) alumni is preferred.
