Job Description

We are seeking an experienced product development engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of next generation NAND Flash memory products. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving the product lifecycle from product design, technology development phase to mass production, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to develop and enable industry leading QLC NAND technology critical for building datacenter storage solutions in the AI era.Major responsibilities include:1. Develop wafer level test methodologies to effectively screen failure modes on new technology and ensure high product quality.2. Perform electrical characterization to segment, configure and optimize the product test flow, eliminating test marginality and maximizing silicon yield.3. Collaborate with reliability teams and downstream customer teams to characterize fail modes observed in product qualification tests or baseline monitoring tests, and develop appropriate stresses/screens to capture the failures earlier.4. Collaborate with test engineering teams to validate and deploy new test methods in the manufacturing flow.5. Analyze component level yield data, build failure paretos and drive fab process improvement actions to resolve yield issues.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process, reliability, test, system teams to ensure product meets requirements to achieve qualification and enable mass production ramp.

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Master or PHD Degree in semiconductor circuit design, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.2. 3+ years of experience in memory product development or yield improvement.3. Experienced in electrical characterization/testing methodologies on memory products.4. Experienced in statistical data analysis and yield improvement. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.6. Proven track record of technical leadership and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:1. 5+ years of experience in memory product development, with majority of it in NAND Flash. 2. Strong knowledge of NAND Flash memory technology, including architecture and operation. 3.
