- Analyze customer success operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Utilize data analysis techniques to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding, adoption, and retention processes. Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage and maintain customer success data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Extract insights from customer data and tools such as Salesforce.com, Gainsight, surveys to understand behavior, patterns, preferences, and challenges. Use these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve customer segmentation and engagement strategic, and drive product/service enhancements.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Prior internship or coursework related to customer success, operations management or data analysis as well as working knowledge on industry standard Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- You are able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have design thinking concepts or other visualization concepts that drive storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
