What you need to know about the role:As part of the overall Enterprise Platform Growth team, the Enterprise Product Growth Manager role is part of a team of payments experts responsible for delivering payment excellence to our enterprise merchant clients. It is a global role, interfacing with PayPal teams, clients, and partners. You will have direct involvement as a thought partner with global enterprise clients, supporting sales teams, and providing expert advice for closing deals with large enterprise merchants and global strategic accounts. You will contribute to training and education on payments and the broader commerce ecosystem for the rest of the organization. Additionally, you will partner with Product and Engineering, Finance, Support, Global Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management and leverage external partnerships to deliver for the business and our Merchants.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will deliver key initiatives that expand our capabilities and ensure Sales and Accounts teams can win and grow PayPal's presence with enterprise merchants globally. You will develop partnerships for new markets, platform solutions, and payment processing to meet enterprise product needs. Your influence will shape the product roadmap to address the checkout, processing, payout, and multilateral requirements of enterprise merchants and marketplaces. You will navigate complex compliance and regulatory frameworks to ensure PayPal remains well-managed and compliant as we scale our global business. Additionally, you will identify areas of opportunity that align with our solutions and deliver growth plans to capture these new opportunities.

Your day-to-day:

In your day-to-day role you will:

  • Interface with PayPal teams, clients, and partners globally.

  • Act as a thought leader in global payments for large enterprises and marketplaces.

  • Provide direct support to sales teams and advise on closing deals with enterprise merchants.

  • Contribute to training and education on payments for the organization.

  • Partner with internal teams and leverage external partnerships to deliver business results.

What do you need to bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the payments industry, especially in large enterprise card and payment processing.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, relationship building, or business development.

  • Experience in identifying and developing partner relationships for an enterprise.

  • Proficiency in working with the processing and payout needs of enterprise merchants and marketplaces.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with Product, Engineering, and Clients.

  • Experience with B2B and product software such as PowerPoint, Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
