An opening based in Vietnam (Hanoi) for Engineer of GlobalRegulations/Standards

You will:

To process Vietnam legislative monitoring, advocacy, interpretation and strategy across all Product Compliance areas.
To be responsible forengaging/influencing/lobbyingwith Vietnam agencies (e.g. MIC, MOST, MOIT, VNTA, etc.) and trade associations (e.g. ITI etc.) to obtain positive alignments with Dell short and long term vision.To drive Vietnam regulatory process & governance framework to effectively operationalize compliance programs.
To support data security and environmental audits, drive process improvements and efficiencies;

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
Graduate degree.

Exceptional organizational and communications skills
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skill

Desirable Requirements

Education in Engineering, Science, or other related subjects.

Knowledge on industry networking and resource on Vietnam product compliance, especially MIC & VNTA legislation program.

Experience in policy advocacy.
