What you’ll do

• Design, code, test, deliver and maintain solutions which improve platform’s stability, availability, resilience, usability, and security
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure
• Supervise platform and infrastructure to evaluate performance and identify potential enhancements
• Optimize the product development lifecycle
• Embed security and compliance in every part of the development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, networks, or applications issues
• Develop and improve the Continuous Delivery infrastructure based on Jenkins, Concourse and GitHub
• Research emerging technologies or engineering approaches to build into the platform or our processes
• Collaborate and communicate with different teams across different organizations and global locations

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree. Alternatively, high school diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related subject
• 2+ years of development experience with at least two of the following – Python, Go, Ruby, shell scripting (bash)
• Strong understanding and experience with any of the modern cloud providers concepts, organizational model, operational excellence, and best practices
• Strong knowledge and 3+ years of experience working with Linux/Unix based systems
• Experience with source control management (git), build and delivery infrastructure
• CI/CD best practices, automation environments,IaC (Infrastructure as Code) conceptsand tools knowledge like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Vault, etc. (knowledge and experience with Concourse is a plus)
• Monitoring and logging with Grafana, Elastic stack
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP protocols, DNS, OSI model, routing, load balancing, CDN, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing and able to quickly learn and explore new concepts and technologies
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills (mail, phone and face-to-face)
• Team player passionate about own’s work and impact, self-starter who contributes to a positive atmosphere in the team
