Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in designing and implementing robust Azure-based solutions, leveraging expertise in AZURE VMs, AZURE Kubernetes services, and AZURE storage account management to drive operational excellence. Good in ITIL concepts.Administering AZURE VMs, AZURE Kubernetes services, AZURE storage accoSupport Effort Estimation, Solution Standardizing, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team members
- Perform RPA software troubleshooting session with other partners (OS/VM, DB, Network, RPA vendor) as per the issues
- Engagement with vendors for product related issues and enhancements (Blue prism, Automation Anywhere and UiPath)

- Take full ownership of incoming actions and issues and drive them to resolution
- Exposure to DevOps / Agile ways of working.
- Analysing of the issues for the RPA tools ticket
