As a Data Scientist, you will use statistics/machine learning to develop security algorithms and research emerging threats. You'll develop tools to visualize and analyze their outputs. Our release cycle will allow taking research and infusing it into products to protect global brands.
You'll enhance our products' security measures by devising innovative detection methods and integrating them effectively.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing large sets of data to develop and improve malicious bot detection, behavioral authentication and fraud detection
• Designing scalable processes to collect, manipulate, present, and analyze large datasets in a production-ready environment
• Developing working prototypes of statistical/machine learning-based algorithms, evaluating and comparing metrics based on real-world data sets
• Working closely with our engineers to deliver code across our platformTop of Form

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience working with Python and SQL. Experience with Spark/Pyspark/Scala is a great, but not required
• Have an understanding of probability/statistics and experience with machine learning algorithms/techniques (e.g. anomaly detection, logistic regression, random forest, etc).
• Have experience with data visualization techniques, and more ideally big data visualization platforms like Kibana
• Experience in security and fraud research would be great to have
• Have excellent problem-solving skills to develop algorithms and creative solutions using a variety of data types
• Be able to work productively with team members, identify and resolve tough issues in a collaborative manner
