Key Responsibilities:

Site management and driving the delivery of commissioning with sub-contractors and direct delivery staff

Facilitation of integrated HMI upgrade works within a rail environment

Meets operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, implementation, problem solving and identifying construction management system improvements

Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Takes ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Preferably Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or 5 years industry related experience

Knowledge in Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision experience in SCADA and HMI systems, Access controls and intruder systems including public address systems

Keen attention to details and focused

Highly proficient in all the key areas of Project management and sub-contractor management with experience in BMS and/or e-Security

Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.

Ability to travel to sites if required

Excellent interpersonal skills

Analytical and great problem-solving skills
