Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with project and construction management.
- Experience managing multi-group/multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in German fluently as this is a role that requires interactions in German with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and budget.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design/construction industry.
- Knowledge of fast-track design build processes/associated documents and agreements, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of start up/commissioning processes.
