What you'll do

· Manage and Maintain Labs Vietnam IT infrastructure

· Provide on-site IT support to SAP employees

· Provide technical support to development project

· Provide support for local events

· Set up new offices or manage office relocations as required

· Participate in global/regional IT projects

· Contributing to the rollout and implementation of new technologies and services.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues.

What you bring

• 3+ years of IT support experience

• Experience in office setup or relocation

• Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS

• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware (laptops, desktops) • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.

• Basic IT security knowledge (data leakage, phishing, vulnerabilities, patching)

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN) • ITIL Foundation certification preferred

• Exceptional customer focus and communication • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Systematic, communicative, creative approach

• Strong teamwork spirit

• Fluency in spoken and written English
