This position will be based in Singapore and report to Senior Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting.
In this role, you will…
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly close processes for US GAAP revenue accounting including the preparation of account reconciliations and manual journal entries for deferred revenue
- Support regional and worldwide revenue reporting analysis
- Perform system integrity check to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Support quarterly revenue assessments for regional clear aligner promotions and any manual revenue adjustment
- Provide business partnering support and build cross-functional relationships with FPA, Regional and Market Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Marketing
- Serve as key representative to provide technical revenue assessments for new go to market initiatives and programs/projects
- Support worldwide product and geographical expansion by participating in testing and validation of system enhancements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Support internal/external audit request in compliance with SOX requirements
- Support other tax queries and statutory audits relating to deferred revenue
- Other ad hoc projects
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, CPA/CA/ACCA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience with fast-growing multinational company, Big 4 accounting /advisory/audit experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, and financial modeling
- Experience with SAP ERP system, hands-on experience with Power BI is a plus
- Good understanding of US GAAP (ASC606) and SOX compliance
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, good command of Chinese is an advantage
