Lead product strategy: Create and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmaps for Vimeo's Central offering, aligned with the broader company strategy.
Understand the customer: Continuously conduct in-depth user and market research to refine user personas, customer needs, and market trends, translating these into a clear product strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers: Understand their needs and gather feedback, while acting as a key partner to Customer Success and Sales teams
Define and track KPIs: Measure the success of released features and the overall solution to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing and sales to identify opportunities for, develop and launch innovative video capabilities for large organizations.
Evangelize your product vision: Influence Product leaders and business partners across the company to align their roadmaps with your proposed solution.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
5+ years of experience in product management, or a closely related field, at a SaaS company.
Experience leading enterprise products, ideally with exposure to PLG motions.
In-depth technical familiarity with enterprise tools and infrastructure, ideally in the corporate video, communications, or workforce collaboration space.
Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) is a huge plus
A proven track record of influencing without authority, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (without relying on ChatGPT).
An innate ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and build a defensible product strategy.
A data-driven storyteller, able to combine compelling narratives with quantitative data analysis to deliver persuasive presentations.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
