What you’ll do

You will work closely together with our engineering and data science teams across the globe to drive AI strategy.You’ll own development designs from ideation to implementation, and through quality assurance and support. You will apply your technical expertise to designing, implementing, and supporting complex cloud native applications based on event-based programming and micro-service architecture.
Help improve existing product architecture and define the roadmap to deliver the next iteration of the target architecture.

What you bring

Strong experience architecting and developing AI solutions.
You will have a strong background in software engineering, with a successful track record of architecting, designing, developing and deploying enterprise grade AI products in the cloud. In-depth knowledge of architecture trade-offs across data management, governance, model building and production workflows (exposure to MLOps) and integration with SAP solutions is also required.
Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modelling and software architecture. Advanced proficiency with multiple tools/technologies including Python, Java, JavaScript, ArcPy, ETL data engineering and UI visualization.
Able to define, articulate and apply software architecture and data infrastructure principles.

Tech you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Proficiency in key programming languages relevant to the role (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript, etc.).

• Proficiency with software development frameworks and best practices.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or BTP.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal projects.

• Broad Machine Learning experience – Data, Modelling, Metric, Analysis of Results.

• Experience in using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Exposure to Deep Learning - CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, network architecture, network tuning, transfer learning, multi-task learning.

• Exposure in building solutions from scratch and writing maintainable code inside large existing codebases.

• Exposure to SAP platforms such as BTP, S4, ISLM, AI core

• Exposure to LLM’s such as chatGPT, starcoder, etc and thier know how.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development
