As a Senior Game Producer you will collaborate with designers and artists to develop an end-to-end visual appealing game experience; you will partner with engineers and testers to build gameplay, tooling and cloud services that are foundational to our games; and you will cooperate with architects and instructional designers to map learning objectives into gameplay to deliver a unique cloud learning experience to our players.For more information about some of our products:
Key job responsibilities- Partner with technical stakeholders to co-create the long-term development roadmap for our games;
- Make data-driven decisions leveraging the gaming and cloud training industry landscape, as well as user feedback & telemetry data;A day in the life
You will work with product and engineering stakeholders closely on a day-to-day basis. You will contribute to the production of multiple games and features at the same time and collaborate with other learning products teams (e.g.: AWS Jam and Exam Prep), connecting products and features to a holistic experience. You will guide and mentor team members on game development best practices and regularly review technical and business work with peers, stakeholders, and leadership.

- 5+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience in gameplay development, backend API integration, and/or in-game art and design asset creation.
- Experience with modern game engines and asset integration pipelines.
- Experience working with a cross discipline team of artists, designers, testers, and engineers in agile/scrum/kanban environment.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English (verbal and written);
