Your key responsibilities

• Heading and advising on business transactions, performing legal due diligences, resolving business disputes.
• Providing comprehensive legal assistance services in transactions, corporate and commercial law for the company's clients.
• Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of merges & acquisitions, transaction, employment, commercial, corporate, etc.
• Provide legal and business advice to clients, as well as identify legal and business requirements.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in law.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Curiosity and keeping up with the law developments.
• Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
• Being responsible, punctual, polite, and accurate.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
