Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability and understanding of team fundamentals to effectively lead and develop others
- Highly motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines and balance multiple tasks at one time
- The candidate must demonstrate solid communication and coordination skills
- Must be a great teammate and have experience working extensively with cross functional teams
- Candidate should be a strong visual storyteller and comfortable presenting to management
- Extensive experience in warehousing, inventory control, shipping/receiving and general logistics operations
- Ability to develop positive relationships and partner with Apple Business Groups & other Apple Data Center teams
- Ability to pull together many sources of information to help prioritize and lead operations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Outstanding ability to adapt mentorship to meet Data Center objectives
- Ability to react quickly to new information, opinion and direction
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of operations experience in logistics
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
