What will you do?
As a Software Development Team Lead, you will build and lead a new SW Tools team focused on developing, maintaining, and expanding mission-critical tools in areas such as:

• Big Data and Cloud solutions
• Generative AI applications
• Visual Studio extensibility
• And more innovative domains

Your key responsibilities:

• Hire and grow a team of talented software engineers.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Drive technical excellence with hands-on contributions.
• Refine development processes to ensure efficiency and innovation.
• Shape product strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in C# or equivalent high level language, includingperformance-optimizeddevelopment
• 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred skills:

• Experience across the full product lifecycle - from design to production.
• Familiarity with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) manufacturing flows or post-silicon validation processes, including exposure to tools such as Teradyne, Advantest, or NI STS
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Background in large-scale, complex software development projects
