KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate and escalate customer issues (to manufacturing, supplier quality or engineering) and follow-up on all field issues and drive rapid resolution through cross-functional meetings
- Escalate supplier quality issues for all BTS products through respective quality teams
- Ensure field issues are reported and updated in JIRA for all customer issues regionally for all GBEs
- Coordinate analysis with engineering for repeated failures of a product ensure a preventive action is implemented in the field
- Coordinate and drive Product Safety Council meetings at site level or regionally and escalate accordingly by working with
- respective Global Business Quality leaders
- Coordinate all customer communications on field issues cross-functionally and ensure appropriate people review prior to communicating to customers.
- Where needed and applicable ensure all customer, related metrics are updated
YOUMUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quality control/assurance roles, preferably in thebuilding automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customersatisfaction.
