Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects, engaging with multiple teams/stakeholders, resource planning, and budgeting/forecasting.
- Experience in one or more areas relevant to submarine cable project deployment: optical DWDM transmission, manufacturing process and Quality assurance (QA), marine installation or environmental permitting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in telecommunications, oil and gas, offshore or environmental consultancy.
- Experience developing large-scale strategies and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Ability to use professional judgment to fill in gaps and support decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
