What you will accomplish:
Drive performance by setting and achieving targets for GMV, CSAT, and Revenue through data-led strategies.
Manage top enterprise accounts with a strategic focus, leading contract negotiations, QBRs, and seller advocacy.
Engage with senior leadership to shape and execute major initiatives like the Performance Optimization Program.
Collaborate cross-functionally with category leaders and other teams to align priorities and launch growth-driving initiatives.
Support operational excellence by partnering on seller segmentation, performance tracking, and agile strategy updates.
Represent eBay externally at industry and hosted events, reinforcing its enterprise presence and thought leadership.
Contribute internally to leadership initiatives, culture, and employee engagement via the UK People Leader Network.
What you will bring:
Proven experience in account management, commercial strategy, or sales leadership within a matrixed organization
Outstanding collaborator coordination and teamwork experience
Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Effective communicator with experience representing organizations externally
Familiarity with the ecommerce or automotive/parts & accessories sector is a plus
