What you will accomplish:

  • Drive performance by setting and achieving targets for GMV, CSAT, and Revenue through data-led strategies.

  • Manage top enterprise accounts with a strategic focus, leading contract negotiations, QBRs, and seller advocacy.

  • Engage with senior leadership to shape and execute major initiatives like the Performance Optimization Program.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with category leaders and other teams to align priorities and launch growth-driving initiatives.

  • Support operational excellence by partnering on seller segmentation, performance tracking, and agile strategy updates.

  • Represent eBay externally at industry and hosted events, reinforcing its enterprise presence and thought leadership.

  • Contribute internally to leadership initiatives, culture, and employee engagement via the UK People Leader Network.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in account management, commercial strategy, or sales leadership within a matrixed organization

  • Outstanding collaborator coordination and teamwork experience

  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Effective communicator with experience representing organizations externally

  • Familiarity with the ecommerce or automotive/parts & accessories sector is a plus
