Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy including identifying target sectors, messaging, and positioning for service provider focused solutions.
  • Translate technology to value by developing core product positioning, messaging, and identifying differentiators. Craft compelling and consistent positioning and messaging around the differentiators that align with the overall product strategy and resonate with customers and partners. Work with inbound product management, engineering, and the field to identify and articulate the outstanding value propositions of data center products and solutions, ensuring they are communicated and understood by the target audiences.
  • Develop content for collateral, product training, and other resources for direct sales teams and partner organizations. Develop solution co-marketing initiatives with key MSP partners, including joint campaigns, events, and content creation. Attend industry events and serve as domain expert.
  • Continuously analyze the needs of MSPs and connectivity providers, including challenges, opportunities, and buying behaviors. Conduct meticulous competitive analysis in the provider connectivity space to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mentality to drive solution creation and validated design development to build blueprints for service provider solutions. Define and monitor metrics to assess GTM success.
  • Position Cisco as a thought leader in the service provider space by creating impactful content, speaking at industry events, and improving visibility through media, blogs, analyst reports, and awards.
  • Build solution briefs and competitive battle cards tailored for MSP audiences to identify areas of business opportunity and equip the central marketing team with the required resources to build targeted campaigns for MSPs, focusing on lead generation, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise/B2B tech experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Product marketing leadership experience in service provider technologies, services, software, and network infrastructure platforms.
  • Experience leading teams in top technology companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with connectivity providers, telecom partners, or cloud service providers.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in cloud computing, SaaS, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with MSP platforms, service offerings, communication service provider infrastructure and environments, and business to business connectivity offerings.

Pay Range: 274900 USD - 371500 USD
