The role will primarily require the individual to oversee the administrative tasks within the Etimad portal, including initiation and payment of BG requests, Etimad invoice uploads and Etimad reporting. In addition, the role will involve getting involved in other areas of the Treasury and Working Capital process in providing holiday cover and ad-hoc project work.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and arranging payment for BG requests on the Etimad Portal
- Accurate recording of payments made via the Etimad portal to the finance team on a timely basis.
- Download a copy of the BG once appears on the Etimad system for uploading onto BG Tool
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for KSA Finance for KSA bank guarantees
- Providing holiday cover within the Treasury team on a rotational basis.
- Create claims, upload and log invoices on the Etimad portal
- Download claim status reports and prepare weekly claim status reporting for the Service lines
- Prepare proactive notifications for the AR team about expected payments from Etimad
- Support Country Finance team during tax audits with Etimad related requests
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting as appropriate
- Be pro-active in Treasury and Working Capital projects, as and when required
- Active member of the Treasury, Working Capital and Finance team, using initiative and providing insights to improve processes and services provided to the business
- Build a network of contacts across MENA CBS functions and within the business
- Communicate and assist in managing relationships with all stakeholders
- Proactively work on its own professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field
- +3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of internal control requirements an
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, organized and self-sufficient working style with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross functionally
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn the firm’s systems and other tools as required
