Key Responsibilities
· Provide on-the-ground technical support to teams in the field, ensuring seamless setup, coordination, and operation of remote technologies during customer engagements.
· Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting and use case inquiries.
· Work closely with hospital staff to coordinate the effective use of remote technologies during procedures and engagements.
· Maintain regular communication with medical service companies to ensure compatibility, integration, and optimal use of remote technologies in the field.
· Support the adoption and implementation of Remote Technologies by following up on internal processes.
· Participate in internal communications and customer events to promote and raise awareness of our remote technologies.
Role Requirements
· Excellent collaboration skills and team player
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Change management mindset
· Fluency in English
· Competency in utilization of MS Office
· Preferably IT/Telecom/Biomedical Engineering background
· Ability to provide technical support through on-field presence, emails and virtual calls.
· This position requires occasional domestic travel.
