As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Owning platform initiatives from requirements to delivery. Leading architectural efforts across all product areas.
• Developing and implementing a unified platform for Centra and Akamai security products, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability
• Enhancing system SLA and resiliency across all areas to improve quality.
• Writing reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable code
• Driving team's technical roadmap and mentor more junior developers.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have extensive experience in E2E design, implementing, and leading execution for large-scale backend and infrastructure projects.
• Have hands-on experience in backend development using Python, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Have deep experience in developing data infrastructure, including pipelines, storage solutions, and real-time processing frameworks.
• Demonstrate understanding of Networking and Network Security, and Operating System software.
• Have experience developing with Linux based systems as well as Cloud environments.
