Job responsibilities

  • Lead our advisors team based in Geneva, Zurich and Luxembourg (10+), providing ongoing coaching, feedback and development to our team members
  • Drive the team’s business plan and ensure goals and objectives are being measured and achieved on an individual and team level
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Drive business results and acquire new assets, both from deepening existing client base and new client acquisition
  • Manage each client relationship to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced
  • Ensure that proposed solutions fulfil clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
  • Partner with internal specialists providing interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measure

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Several years of successful experience in private banking, specifially working with ultra-high net worth Swiss resident individuals
  • Established local network and a strong reputation within the Swiss private client sphere
  • Previous business development experience with knowledge in profiling, negotiation and proactively building own client base
  • Proactive approach on prospect and client meetings, within a goal based approach
  • Problem solvers with entrepreneurial mindset, a tenacity to succeed and a passion for delivering world class service to clients
  • Proven experience in team management; solid leadership and sales management skills with a strategic thinking
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and credit solutions and identification of wealth planning opportunities
  • Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail and impeccable sense of ethics and values
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to generate trust with clients through a credible discussion on investment matters
  • Strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
  • Fluent in English, native German and/or French speaker

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Previous experience managing across locations
