Job responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Drive business results and acquire new assets, both from deepening existing client base and new client acquisition
- Manage each client relationship to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced
- Ensure that proposed solutions fulfil clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
- Partner with internal specialists providing interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measure
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Several years of successful experience in private banking, specifically working with ultra-high net worth Swiss resident individuals
- Established local network and a strong reputation within the Swiss private client sphere
- Previous business development experience with knowledge in profiling, negotiation and proactively building own client base
- Proactive approach on prospect and client meetings, within a goal based approach
- Problem solvers with entrepreneurial mindset, a tenacity to succeed and a passion for delivering world class service to clients
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and credit solutions and identification of wealth planning opportunities
- Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail and impeccable sense of ethics and values
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to generate trust with clients through a credible discussion on investment matters
- Strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
- Fluent in English, native German and/or French speaker

- Fluency in Italian
