Job Description:

• Lead the export volume building up, communicate with global and area cross functions with understanding on produce performance, cost and leadtime.
• Lead and/or support management of change projects focused on communication, risk evaluation and execution of process and product changes Dual Source, Material Substitution, Process conditions, EHS, etc;
• Provide cost study analysis for product and process improvements
• Lead and/or support successful NPI programs through all phases. Lead new product experiments, scale-ups and start-ups within the plant; Lead product capability studies
• Optimize value stream flow through dual sourcing initiatives, source of supply assessments, run size optimization, and business continuity planning (during NPI and for existing products)
• AFE investment (new product & growth) study and application
• Execute/participate in Supply Chain Architecture analysis
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
