Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout the lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
Experience in supply chain with data analysis, data integration, SAP ERP, supply chain management, order management, order fulfillment, procurement, business analysis, requirements gathering.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
4 years of experience in designing and implementing supply chain.
Experience in defining and implementing solution design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution.
Experience with data analysis, Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and reporting or dashboarding.
Experience in identifying, assessing, estimating, and resolving business tests that involve evaluating variable factors.
Ability to translate business requirements into solution design.
