Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
- OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
- OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent coding and debugging skills with deep understanding of ML\AI algorithms and data science problems.
- Experience with ML techniques such as deep learning, predictive modelling, time series data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for product teams.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Passion for new technologies, learning and adapting quickly, end user quality and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of AI-driven operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), and production ML systems.
- Expertise in AI Ops, anomaly detection, error log analysis and incident management solutions.
- Awareness and understanding of emerging research and technologies related to live site and incident management like Agentic workflows for site reliability management.
