Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in advertising, marketing, consultative sales, business development, or media, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak and English fluently to support client relationships and drive sales in this region.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working towards and exceeding quarterly targets (in business or product growth).
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Czech Republic/Slovakia.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
