Your day-to-day

As aFront EndEngineer, you will:

• Be able to independently design,codeand test complex features, as well as lead and mentor other engineers, help build engineering teams

• Drive both technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development

• Be a technical subject matter expert and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform.

• Lead complex architectural discussions that involve multiple systems

• anyproduct/functionalitygaps and collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.

• Drive integration efforts and lead critical work streams of strategic initiatives sponsored by senior executives

• Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD

• Proactive response inidentifyingand troubleshooting integration or technical issues.

• Write tests for the existing and newly created code tomaintain

What you need to bring

• years experiencein Front-end Development building successful production software systems.
  

• Design, develop, andmaintainfrontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and other relevant technologies.

• Experience with web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, Bootstrap etc

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement user-friendly features and interfaces.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

• frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence toestablished

• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providingtimelyresolution andmaintainingsystem integrity.

• Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth and development.
