As a Supply Planner I here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the orchestration and optimization of our supply chain operations. Leveraging your experience in supply planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate demand forecasting and monitor key supply chain performance metrics. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to elevate overall supply chain efficiency. Join our team and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you'll work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials crucial to our operations and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies for optimizing inventory levels and meeting customer demand.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Work closely with demand planners to ensure accurate demand forecasting and alignment with supply plans.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials crucial to our operations.
• Continuously improve supply planning processes to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in supply planning or related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective leadership qualities.
• Continuous learning mindset.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or ORACLE ERP systems.
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
