Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting.
  • Or related field AND 6+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply/forecasting), cloud industry experience, and/or infrastructure experience
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Project/Program management in process improvement.
  • Yellow belt or higher lean certification.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting.
  • Or related field AND 12+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply/forecasting), cloud industry experience, infrastructure, Black Belt or similar lean six sigma background as a practitioner preferred.
  • Or equivalent experience.

• Lead Cross-Functional Implementation:
  • Manage the development and implementation process for products and services, typically involving large, complex cross-functional projects with multiple internal teams or external partners.
• Drive Continuous Improvement:
  • define and drive projects that directly benefit AI planning to drive capability improvements, in support of AI scaling and harden overall business metrics leveraging lean methodologies.
• E2E AI Planning:
  • Partner with multiple supply chain organizations to lead and drive system and process initiatives to improve process and automation in capacity planning to enable the increasing scale and growth of Microsoft Cloud.
  • Partner with analytics team for automating reports and building management dashboards Perform ad-hoc analysis for critical business needs.
