We're looking for a skilledCreative Motion Designer
As our, you'll be involved in all stages of video production - from concept development to final delivery. Your work will directly contribute to our business goals by crafting visual stories that showcase our products, culture, and brand effectively.
What will you actually be doing?
- Create and optimize engaging visual content for multiple platforms, including social media, conference stages, trade shows, product demos, and the website.
- Develop storyboards and concepts, translating complex software ideas into visually appealing narratives.
- Produce motion graphics and animations, ensuring proper compression and format for each medium.
- Edit and produce audio elements to complement video projects.
- Work with typography and visual composition to maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Marketing team to incorporate feedback and refine content, aligning with business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in motion design, proposing innovative applications for WalkMe’s content.
- Create 3D designs and animations to enhance visual storytelling (if experienced in this area).
What should you bring to the table?
- Creative Skills:
- Strong storytelling ability, with the skill to translate complex software concepts into engaging visual narratives
- Excellent storyboarding skills to bring concepts to life before production
- A keen eye for typography, visual composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to create compelling visual content that effectively promotes B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience in simplifying technical product features into visually appealing stories for a B2B audience
- Innovative approach to visual problem-solving and creative thinking
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Technical Skills:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition
- Proficiency in Figma for seamless collaboration with our design team
- Experience with video compression techniques and optimization for various platforms
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia/motion graphic design, video production, and editing
- Knowledge of UI/UX animation principles for digital products
- Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus
Bonus Skills That'll Make You Shine:
- 3D design expertise using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software
- Experience with UI/UX animation for digital products
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AR/VR for immersive storytelling
- Familiarity with live-streaming production and real-time graphics
- Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for interactive content creation
- Music production, effects and sound editing experience.
