Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns.
7 years of experience in people management.
Experience in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies.
Preferred qualifications:
HR Transformation experience.
Demonstrated communication skills with an understanding of how to communicate large complex change, with effective analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
