• Create user-centered designs through wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with product marketing to understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences
• Work with content strategists to design templates and components that effectively present content
• Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Contribute to and maintain our design system
• Create prototypes to test and validate interaction patterns
• Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in technology companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS principles

• Experience working on marketing or content-heavy websites
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on design
• Experience with design systems
• Background in SaaS or enterprise software
• Basic understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
