As a Customer Training Specialist, you'll deliver live training programs to our growing customer base while being energetic and articulate. Priority timezones for this role are NAMER & APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Effectively translate Gong's customer education curriculum into an interactive, multi-tier live training program.
- Work to design and lead tailored, virtual trainings, and in-person trainings
- Collaborate with cross functional organizations to help ensure training workshops meet the needs of our customers.
- Leverage insights from customer training to inform the education curriculum.
- Identify gaps in current education materials and work to address these gaps.
- Work cross functionally with internal team such as: Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel periodically to deliver customer onsite training
QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of experience delivering in-person and virtual training classes for a SaaS company
- Able to handle multiple assignments at one time with various timelines for delivery
- Ability to leverage and show deep domain knowledge to drive customer success
- Energetic, compelling and not afraid to present in front of teams
- Coachable and open to feedback, both internally and on the fly from your audience
- Ability to thrive in a changing and fast-moving environment
- Languages: [English required. Spanish a plus]
