Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team with a passion for mentoring and growing top engineering talent.
Drive execution of various data solutions by collaborating with cross functional teams in business analytics, product, engineering, etc.
Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wide critical programs.
Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
Create a brand for your team by socializing your team’s amazing accomplishments in various internal forums as well as externally via meetups, blogs and conference talks.
Generate energy, and questions that drive ideation and design creativity, encourage questions and a higher level of thinking.
Qualifications
BS, MS, or Ph. D. in CS, EE or equivalent.
10+ years’ working experience in software development with at least 4 years’ management experiences.
Proven track record of developing successful data and analytics products to bring data value to business.
Experiences in data management including data quality, security, and governance.
Experiences in web-development, big data development; provide tech leadership and industrial best practices to the team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
Working Experience in a Multi-national Company is a plus
