As the Brand Experience Manager at BMC, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing branding strategies that enhance our market presence and foster meaningful partnerships. You will work closely with various business units to ensure brand consistency, drive engagement, and support our corporate goals.

- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership branding and communication guidelines.
- Enable corporate partners to co-market effectively, enhancing the visibility and promotion of BMC.
- Ensure that corporate branding initiatives are accessible, diverse, equal, and inclusive.
- Conduct thorough competitive research to establish and update marketing guidelines.
- Keep the organization competitive by aligning with industry standards and emerging marketing trends.
- Strategize with various business units including Product Solution Marketing & UX, Customer Success, Customer Engagement & Advocacy, Web Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Sales, Partners, and Internal & External Communications on their business needs while aligning to corporate & marketing VSEM.
- Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide expert branding support to corporate and executive teams on projects ranging from acquisition rebranding to corporate social responsibility.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate strategies.
- Oversee company, global merch store.
- Mentor team members in project management and executive communication.
- Promote uniform quality support across the business.
- Manage projects and relationships with third-party vendors.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing program management, particularly in brand experience and partnership branding.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and competitive research.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship.
- Keen eye for design, creativity, and brand development, ensuring innovative and cohesive visual solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Experience with executive communication and project management.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and commitment to achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals is a plus.
- Knowledge of campaign and project management tools such as Optimizely and Smartsheet is a plus.
