Job Description- Manages a team to identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates for internships and Development Programs for several lines of business. Oversees and plans the implementation of large scale recruiting & selling events, including budget management. Develops and directs the internship program for several lines of business including conversion of candidates into Development Programs.
- Leads a team of recruiters and business professionals through Campus Recruiting lifecycle, including on campus interview processes, superday, offer decisions, and sell processes.
- Partnering and consulting with management from several lines of business to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implementing improvements to staffing processes, including strategy, sourcing and selection. Partners to set corresponding internship strategy and programming for multiple lines of business.
- Directing, motivating and developing staff, maximizing individual contributions, supporting professional growth and employee engagement.
- Developing campus recruitment best practices which support the organization's goals and direction. Supervising the campus recruiting team's performance to ensure that campus recruiting targets are met.
