Develop our landscape of third-party financial institutions (partners) and support the build-out of Tesla’s own financing companies
Work with Partners to develop their balance sheet & operational capacity to match Tesla’s rapid growth
Development of best-in-class financial products from partners while maintaining high approval rates
Implement automatic & digital processes, driving for simplification and standardization across markets
Develop & maintain deep market knowledge on financial products, market dynamics and key competitors
Act as central point of contact and expert for Tesla’s Sales & Delivery organization on car financing/leasing
Ensure Tesla’s approach to car financing/leasing is integrated into Sales & Delivery processes
What You’ll Bring
Extensive work experience in Financial Services, preferably in car financing/leasing. and/or managing B2B/Lease Company relationships
You bring experience in multiple business functions e.g., Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Analytics, etc..
You have near native level fluency in English. German, French or Dutch are a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
You work well both autonomously and collaboratively and are effective at juggling competing tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, quick and flexible learner, with high standards, impeccable integrity. and ethics, unquestionable good judgment, well-honed analytical skills
