About The Role
The role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of super-power Salesforce implementors and developers.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and development.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce instances and ensure adherence to best practices for data management, system integrations, and user adoption.
- Work closely with Business Operations, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance, and UX/UI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, Data Engineers, Marketing, Backend developers etc.
Your Experience & Skills
- Proven experience (3 years) in Salesforce Implementation, configuration, and development.
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a team leadership or management role.
- Strong technical and operational skills and a passion for implementing features end-to-end.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing Salesforce projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to collaborate with various divisions in the organization effectively.
- Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Team player, with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
- Experience with Apex Code, Lightning Web Components - advantage.
