The role is responsible for regional end-to-end experience of our technology used by our EY wavespace teams, which at a high level includes:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall business goals of EY wavespace
- Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, includes defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing time lines.
- Evaluating and testing, driving adoption, and marketing to EY wavespace personnel.
- Seeks feedback on use of product and features to ensure a human centered approach towards a frictionless environment
- Builds and maintains relationships with facilities stakeholders
- Managing vendors and internal teams that support the product, to ensure optimal service
- Planning and road mapping for assigned products, including operational support and end of life activities
- Assisting in and planning the portfolio’s financials and TCO
Your key responsibilities
The Product Manager will:
- Support the EY wavespace technology team in financial aspects, including budgeting, procurement and managing independence and privacy reviews.
- Create metrics to demonstrate the product's business value.
- Align roadmaps with other Product Managers to optimize the user experience.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance the EY wavespace experience.
- Manage proofs of concept and pilots to validate new capabilities.
- Report on product utilization and drive for improved adoption.
- Prepare business change materials and industrialize the product.
- Plan, budget, and sponsor the investment portfolio to deliver new product features.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- History of working credibly with diverse stakeholders up-to Partnership level
- Base level knowledge of Microsoft 365, and office collaboration devices, as well as whiteboarding software
- Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or when escalating issues
- Strong verbal and written English
- Ability to work with people and vendors in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
- Able to utilize Emotional Intelligence to navigate the interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others
- Proven experience in product management
- Experience in diverse technology consulting environments
- A firm grasp of Innovation environments, User Experience and Technology Infrastructure
- A solid understanding of Audio Visual Technology including integration of Interactive & Immersive solutions

Other Requirements:
The role has a global scope and requires periodic early or late meetings to support global stakeholders and to manage escalated issues. Some minimal travel may be required to support planned activities.

Bachelor in Information Technology or Business Management or equivalent work experience- Experience:
Approximately 5 years of experience in a comparable role and 10+ years in Information Technology roles - Certification Requirements:
CTS and PMP strongly desired
