Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Finance Operations; payments, electronic billing, order-to-cash process.
Experience running large, cross-functional projects that span offices, teams, geographies, etc.
Ability to lead, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner.
Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.
Excellent influencing skills and change management experience.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, with impeccable business acumen and ability to communicate with the management team.
