Description
The job role is to fabricate new product with operating the different kinds of equipment. - The panel backend process technician will be responsible for the IC and FPC bonding, dispenser, film coating, module relative assembly process and equipment maintenance. - Equipment operation and basic equipment trouble shooting are necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above with 2 years working experiences in science and engineering related field.
- Have hands-on experience in Display or IC industry operating equipment above 2 years.
- Flexibility of work shift including day shift or 2 days on/2 days off
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with display Cell or module equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Hands on mechanical tool such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor, Siemens NX and capable to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Detailed oriented
- Good to communicate with English
