CHK Portfolio Marketing - Bonding Tapes & Adhesives (Electronics & Industrial Markets)

‌Key Requirements‌:

‌
Education Background‌

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Demonstrated learning agility to master complex product portfolios and multi-industry applications

‌Industry Experience‌

• Working knowledge of industrial products, chemical products and related supply chains preferred
• Vertical market experience in electronics, automotive or industrial segments preferred

‌Portfolio Management‌

• Develop clear portfolio strategies and growth roadmaps and programs
• Manage NPIs from pipeline development to commercialization
• Optimize product mix and implement pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Lab, Manufacturing, GPLs etc.)

‌Communication Skills‌

• Effectively engage internal stakeholders and external partners

‌Problem-Solving Ability‌

• Proactively address market challenges with innovative solutions
• Maintain flexibility in dynamic business environments
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with operational execution
