Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in EHS program management and data center construction programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of EHS management experience, including proactive safety solutions and metrics reporting, supported by a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or similar certification.
- Experience in data center construction program management, leading EHS efforts for multi-site projects across geographies.
- Experience working within operational data centers, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of project management processes and construction agreements.
